The BSCC is an alliance of over 60 government and nonprofit agencies in the United States and Latin America that is convened in and along the U.S.-Mexico Border Region to combat slavery and human trafficking.

December 4, 2008 Chargers Football Sold!!
The Chargers Limited Edition Football sold today on eBay for $150! The proceeds from the sale of this football benefit Soroptimist International of
Poway’s Transitional Housing Program for women and children escaping domestic violence, as well
as other service programs. We need to raise $7,000 per family per year to support this award-winning program, and we are grateful
to the San Diego Chargers for their generous donation, and to Gary in Oceanside for his winning bid!
November 24, 2008 Soroptimists Auction Off Rare Chargers Football
It’s Holiday Shopping time! Looking for a unique gift for the Chargers fan in your life?
Thanks to a generous donation from the San Diego Chargers, Soroptimist International of Poway
is auctioning off a Chargers Limited Edition Football commemorating their title as 2007 AFC West
Division Champions. Only 600 of these special footballs were made, and they are not available in
any store. The proceeds from the sale of this football benefit Soroptimist International of
Poway’s Transitional Housing Program for women and children escaping domestic violence, as well
